Motivation Tips


Most athletes have been there…they’ve been setting their training on 🔥 and then one day…BAM…they hit a wall of feeling unmotivated.


This can be extremely frustrating, especially if the athlete isn’t sure why they’re experiencing this.


The truth is…IT HAPPENS!! It’s challenging to be revved at 💯 all the time! It does not mean the athlete is not mentally tough, it just means that the athlete is HUMAN!
