ABSOLUTE FITNESS

JoAnne is a Doctor of Sport Psychology and Performance, Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, Health & Exercise Science Assistant Professor, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and certified fitness nutritionist.
She provides performance psychology to elementary, high school and college athletes as well endurance athletes. She also assists with training individuals that want to learn to eat better, lose weight and achieve specific fitness goals. 
Her goal is to provide you with current information to help you live a healthy lifestyle while focusing on your mind-body balance and achieve your performance goals!
