Reflect on Your Breath



Focus on your breath to help you stay connected and aware throughout the day.


It’s amazing the power taking deep cleansing breaths has on the mind and body.


When feeling overwhelmed, anxious or nervous, follow these steps:


🗣Acknowledge how you feel

🗣Place both feet on the ground

🗣Sit up straight and close your eyes

🗣Inhale through your nose to the count of 4

🗣Hold your breath for the count of 4

🗣Slowly exhale through your mouth for the count of 8

🗣Repeat 2-3 times, or as much as you need


It’s amazing how something we take for granted and is free can truly help us maintain our focus, control and outlook.
