Focus on your breath to help you stay connected and aware throughout the day.
It’s amazing the power taking deep cleansing breaths has on the mind and body.
When feeling overwhelmed, anxious or nervous, follow these steps:
đź—ŁAcknowledge how you feel
đź—ŁPlace both feet on the ground
đź—ŁSit up straight and close your eyes
đź—ŁInhale through your nose to the count of 4
đź—ŁHold your breath for the count of 4
đź—ŁSlowly exhale through your mouth for the count of 8
đź—ŁRepeat 2-3 times, or as much as you need
It’s amazing how something we take for granted and is free can truly help us maintain our focus, control and outlook.
