⭐️ Here’s an active strategy to apply:
Reflect daily on your overall level of each of these components rating each on a scale of 1-5 (lowest to highest). Be honest with yourself and realize that it is very rare to score a 5 across all components, especially day after day. Some days you might notice that the components you scored a 4 or 5 in might be a 2 or 3 the next day. THAT IS OKAY!
This daily practice assists you in enhancing your self-awareness! Take part in this reflection in a nonjudgmental way.
Becoming self-aware will help you take ownership of implementing appropriate mental skills to enhance these levels and provide stronger self-care practices!
