You’re an athlete, but you’re also a whole lot more! Maybe you’re also a mother, brother, father, sister, best friend, teacher, coach, mentor, daughter, son, physician, banker, etc. It is so important to work on enhancing yourself as a WHOLE PERSON!


This can be achieved through personal development! Personal development is defined as an individual’s ability to assess and reassess life goals and values, while working on themselves to build their skill set to reach their potential.


As an athlete, personal development includes nutrition, leadership, life skills, cognitive development, sport science and more!


Where to begin? Take some time to analyze areas of strengths and weaknesses in your life. Remember, we can ALWAYS improve ourselves!
