Today, I want you to think about your definition for success.


💥How do you measure success?

💥How do you know you were successful?

💥How do you feel when you’re successful?

💥When you achieve success, what keeps you pushing further?

💥Do you have different levels of success for different aspects of your life?


For some, success might be completely performance based. For others, success could be on the based on how they feel mentally and physically.


After reflecting, connect to the elements that contribute to your success. Spend time visualizing yourself succeeding at specific tasks. Replay that over and over!
