Flip the Switch with your inner dialogue!

When we are on autopilot, our thoughts elicit emotions, which then continue to produce more thoughts! If the emotions experienced are powerful, they can cause us to disengage in our activity resulting in performance issues.


To flip the switch, follow these guidelines:


1. Recognize your emotions and accept them!

2. Redirect your attention

3. Avoid placing value on your thoughts

4. Focus on the present moment
